Is News4sites legal?

It is like asking whether google is legal, yahoo is legal or internet itself is legal.

Internet thrives on sites linking to other sites and users surfing from one portal to another.

News4sites does not copy content from any website and therefore, does not impinge on anybody's copyright. What we do is provide a compilation of headlines. All headlines are linked to the website carrying full text of the story. This brings free advertising to websites that we link to.

There are many sites which have set precedents in this area. For example, google.com has launched a news site which publishes headlines from 4000 news sources.

We publish full domain name and URL of the original text alongwith each headline. We do not use server-side redirects to hide the original source.

If you are a publisher and want to add your website for inclusion in our database please send a mail to webmaster@news4sites.com

We also permit webmasters to remove their site from inclusion in news4sites database. If you want your website to be removed please send a mail to webmaster@news4sites.com. The mail should be sent from administrative or technical contact listed in internic registry. This is to guard against unauthorized exclusion of websites.
